Chocolate chia pudding
This pudding is great to curb those sugar cravings. It is made from chia seeds which are a source of protein and contain all the essential amino acids. Chia is high in They are high in iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, selenium and omega-3! Chia seeds provide both souable and insouable fibre, which means they are also helpful to our digestive system. Not to mention they are also a powerful antioxidant! WOW!!
You need:
- 1/4 cup Chia seeds - 1 & 1/4 cup almond milk (or water or coconut milk) - 3 tbsp. Cacao - 1 tbsp. Honey (or agave or a date paste) - 1tsp. Vanilla essence
Method:
- Mix all ingredients in blender - Pour in to individual bowls - Refrigerate for 6-10 hours (best overnight)
- Add your choice of topping (i used mixed berries and chopped almonds sprinkled on top)
